U.S. crude inventories rise 2 million barrels, remain below five-year average

Commercial crude oil stockpiles climbed to 411.7 million barrels for the week ending July 17, but remain 6% below the five-year average, while gasoline and distillate supplies also increased but stayed below historical norms.
